How to Connect Your ERP to Xapto Flow in 60 Seconds
Connecting Xapto Flow to your existing ERP takes under a minute. Here's the step-by-step guide.
Step 1: Generate an API Key
Log into your ERP at erp.xapable.com. Go to Settings → 🔗 API tab. Click Generate Key. Copy the key that appears.
Step 2: Open Xapto Flow
Go to Xapto Flow and sign in with Google. The sidebar shows your companies. Select one — if it has an API key configured, data loads instantly.
Step 3: That's It
Your dashboard now shows real-time data from your ERP: customer counts, active tasks, recent activity. Switch between corporates from the sidebar dropdown. Create and edit contacts and tasks — changes sync back to the ERP.
